I buried something I was thinking about during the franchising session with Ben in the notes I'd sent earlier. For all of these discussions, I think we will be most efficient if we first agree on the decision-making framework and filters that we will use in determining what to add besides water.
Nelow is what I was thinking - any adjustments / adds needed? - Framework / filters for adding new products:
o All new products/services MUST meet 4 requirements:
§ Ability to build consistency in brand attributes to Jibu’s
§ Long term business model efficiency and viability for full production/distribution
§ Impact on meeting basic necessities and / or infrastructural gaps
§ Market viability : demand potential, affordability, customer perception, etc
o Other considerations:
§ What does our current customer care about?
§ Can the new product drive in more core product customers?
